WB: GBA2000 barge bale opener for factory filling systems

Technical data:
- Air generator 2 pieces 5-stage turbines, motor power 5.5kW or 7.5kW, maximum dynamic pressure up to 600mbar, air volume free-blowing up to 2 x 300m³/h.
Power adjustable via frequency converter 7.5kW.
- Rotary valve with outlet NW90 (3½'') and 6 valve chambers, gross volume approx. 30.6 litres (for comparison: EM400 series approx. 21 litres), motor power 1.1 kW, speed adjustable via frequency converter.
Easy maintenance due to integrated pull-out device.
- Material quantity dosing via feed gate, motor power approx. 0.1kW, electronically adjustable in stages via PLC control
- Optimised loosening through separately driven fine loosening unit above the rotary valve consisting of 2 high-speed loosening shafts, motor power 1.4 kW, infinitely variable adjustment via frequency converter
- Loosening unit consisting of 8 solid crushing shafts, driven by 2 motors, 2.2kW each, speed infinitely variable via frequency converters.
The system is designed for a bale drop height of up to 2m based on standard large bales (up to 350kg)
