Tandem-axle box trailer with sandwich panel construction, custom-tailored for conversion into an X-Floc Insulation Mobile.

The tandem axle provides the trailer with excellent road handling, high stability, and the necessary load capacity for optimal use as an insulation mobile.

The bodyconstructed from 45mm thick aluminum sandwich panels with a PU corefeatures a large rear tailgate and a side sales hatch on the passenger side. This design protects the blowing machine technology from external weather elements such as rain, snow, and UV radiation, while allowing quick access to the machinery, installation tools, and insulation material.

The smooth, modern surface of the body gives the trailer a professional appearance, while its thermal properties make it particularly energy-efficient. A high-quality, heavy-duty jockey wheel and two rear telescopic crank-down stays ensure a secure stand on any construction site.

Equipped with shock absorbers, the vehicle is not only eligible for 100 km/h (62 mph) speed certification but also offers improved driving stability and smooth handling.
