Material Loading Sequence:
1) Vertical Positioning: The conveyor table is initially positioned vertically, allowing for particularly easy and ergonomic loading of pallets via forklift or crane.
2) Horizontal Tilting: After loading, the conveyor table can be tilted into the horizontal position. The integrated floor opening facilitates the quick and safe removal of pallets and packaging materials.
3) Automated Transport: The conveyor table then automatically transports the material onto a secondary conveyor belt. This is where intermediate storage and controlled feeding into the Feeder Drop take place, ensuring a continuous and smooth material flow.
