EM 480 16A/32A (400V/14kW) High-performance insulation blowing machine

High-performance blowing machine for professional processing of building authority approved thermal insulation materials such as cellulose, wood fibre, rock wool and many more. The machine is optimised for stationary factory use and mobile construction site use.

Important features:
The two-stage loosening unit, consisting of four rotating shredding shafts and a chopping unit, is capable of easily breaking up and finely pulping highly compressed processing materials (max. 200kg/m³ packing density). The material feed rate can be conveniently selected in approx. 20 stages by positioning the electric sluice gate via the cable or radio remote control (optional). A 5-stage, specially developed high-performance turbine (7.8 kW) effortlessly generates the required air output. All important machine settings for the blowing process can be selected directly from the blowing location via cable or radio remote control.
The machine is equipped with 2 power connections and can be operated with either a 16A or 32A power supply.
